(DCPA) and Dallas County on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) for use of the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House (Winspear Opera House) event space on December 9, 2025 at no cost to Dallas County On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 46600 Project: 08723 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the License Agreement between Dallas Center for The Performing Arts Foundation, Inc.
