2025-0077 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) De-obligation Task Order/Modification On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the de-obligation of funds for ICE and the closeout of Task Order/Modification No. 70CDCR23FIGR00095. Furthermore, the office requests authorization for the County Judge to sign all related documents pertaining to the requested Task Order/Modification. This will allow for the formal closure of the task order and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed in accordance with the approved changes.
