2025-0377 Policy Requirement (NOT an exception to Policy) Administrative Leave with Pay for Employee #64727 - Sheriff's Department On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 1, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the administrative leave of absence with pay for employee #64727 for the period of January 27, 2025, through February 12, 2025, (104 Hours), plus applicable deductions as determined by the Auditor's Office, and calculated as follows 104 hours x $29.95 = $3,042.00.
