2025-0231 Information Technology – Proposal for Establishing New Information Technology Cost Centers for FY2026 Budget Planning On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: No Financial Impact Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve establishing the following dedicated cost centers for Information Technology and to retitle one existing cost center as part of the FY2026 budget planning process:  1090 – IT Administration  1091 – IT Operations 
