On May 14, 2019, the Purchasing Agent approved this agreement for construction software. Facilities Management & Transportation and Natural Resources are requesting termination of the agreement.<br><br>This contract will be terminated in accordance with Section 13. Term and Termination, Paragraph c, Termination by Licensee, using a 30-day written notice. A new agreement will be negotiated ​to include ​an additional module to meet ​department needs.<br>  <br><strong>Current Contract Expenditures:</strong> Within the last 12 months, $0.00 has been spent against this agreement.
