2026-0395 County Clerk – Resolution Amending Authorized Dallas County Clerk Representatives Investing in TexPool On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 7, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund (12000) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the request to amend the authorized representatives for the Dallas County Clerk’s TexPool to include Alician White, Financial Administrator; Camaron Johnson, Trust Accounting Supervisor; Timothy Houston, Accounting Clerk III; and Iris Gonzalez, Accounting Clerk III. Done in open Court April 7, 2026 by the following vote: IN FAVOR: County Judge Clay Jenkins, Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, Commissioner John Wiley Price, Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and Commissioner Andrew Sommerman OPPOSED: None
