2026-0537 Form Submission; Continuation; The Office of Budget and Evaluation - Unclaimed Property Capital Credits for Dallas County On a motion made by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 5, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Texas Comptroller – Unclaimed Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the submission of the required documents to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts to request any available unclaimed funds and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents.
