2025-1155 Approval of Updates to the Election Judge Appointments for the 2025-2026 Term and Clerk Maximum Limits, as well as, changes to the Early Voting and Election Day Voting Locations, for the Constitutional Amendment Special and Joint Election to be held on November 4, 2025 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 1210 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby On a motion made by TBD, and seconded by TBD, the following order will be voted on by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the following attachments: Attachment A – the updated list of Election Day presiding and alternate judges and their assignments for the remaining 2025–2026 appointment term (October 7, 2025 – July 31, 2026); Attachment B – the updated list of Election Day countywide polling locations for the November 4, 2025, Constitutional Amendment Special and Joint Election, reflecting added locations, changed locations, and removed locations along with the set clerk maximum limits; and Attachment C – the updated list of Early Voting polling locations for the November 4, 2025, Constitutional Amendment Special and Joint Election, reflecting the addition of one site, the removal of one site, and the replacement of one site.
