2025-1241 FY 2026 Workforce Compensation and approval of the FY 2026 Salary Schedules On a motion made by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the attached Salary Schedules (Attachment A), reflecting a 3% increase across all salary schedules.
