2025-1214 Authorize and approve TXU Energy Aid Program – Utility Assistance Funds donation in the amount of $60,000 to assist TXU Energy customers requiring utility payment assistance On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 0830717 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the TXU Energy Aid Program – Utility Assistance Funds donation in the amount of $60,000 to assist TXU Energy customers requiring utility payment assistance and authorize DCHHS to appropriate the budget line items.
