The Gilleland Creek Greenway Improvements Project is a Travis County 2017 Bond project located in Precincts 1 and 2. The Project involves the plan and design of a 19-mile greenway between Northeast Metro Park and the Colorado River.   Section 1 includes the design and construction of a 15 ft wide concrete hike and bike trail from Northeast Metro Park to Ben E Fisher Park.  <br id="isPasted"> <br>This agreement is to allow the County to install and maintain a public trail within the Giddings-Llano Line railroad right-of-way between Milepost 43.3 and Milepost 43.5.  The approved License will provide right of way access for trail continuity along the Gilleland Creek corridor.  <br> <br>TNR has coordinated the development and review of the License Agreement with the County Attorney's Office.
