2025-0713 Authorize and approve Amendment No. 2 to the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS001439500006 – Public Health Emergency Preparedness and a discretionary county match of $229,350 to supplement salaries and fringe benefits to renew the contract for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 46600; Grant 8723 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Amendment No. 2 to the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS0014395000006 – Public Health Emergency Preparedness, and authorize the County Judge to sign the contract on behalf of Dallas County.
