2025-1329 Consolidated Services – Requests Approval for Designation of Records Management Officer for Dallas County (Position #2972) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the request to officially designate the Records Management Officer (Position #2972), as the Records Management Officer for Dallas County and to remove the designation from the Director of Consolidated Services (Position #4190).
