2025-1353 Authorize and approve Amendment No. 4 to the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS001122200003 - HIV/Ryan White (RW) to redistribute funds among the budget categories for the period of April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, without changing the contract amount, and revise certain attachments with no Grant Match Required On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Grants: 6560026, 6560326 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Amendment No. 4 to the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS001122200003 - HIV/Ryan White (RW) to redistribute funds among the budget categories for the period of April 1, 2025, through March 31, 2026, without changing the contract amount, and revise certain attachments with no Grant Match Required, and authorize the County Judge to sign on behalf of Dallas County.
