2025-0373 Authorize and approve the FY2025 Targeted Low-Income Weatherization Program Contract No. DC-25-3-66267 between the Texas Association of Community Action Agencies, Inc. (TACAA) and Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) to employ weatherization measures to cost-effectively reduce the energy consumption and energy costs of Oncor’s low-income customers in Dallas County; total grant amount not to exceed $1,378,000.00 with no grant match required On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 1, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund:466 Grant:8502 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the FY2025 Targeted Low-Income Weatherization Program Contract No. DC-25-3-66267 between the Texas Association of Community Action Agencies, Inc. (TACAA) and Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) to employ weatherization measures to cost-effectively reduce the energy consumption and energy costs of Oncor’s low-income customers in Dallas County; total grant amount not to exceed $1,378,000.00 with no grant match required and authorize electronic execution of the Contract and all related documents.
