2026-0197 Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) and Findhelp Marketing Campaigns for 2026 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 3, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: DCHHS Grants #65516 and #89809 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Findhelp and Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Marketing Campaigns and budget for 2026 provided by Alpha Business Images on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services. The costs will be charged to DCHHS Grants #65516 and #89809.
