Consider authorizing the Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with FiveEngineering, LLC, for construction phase services associated with 2020 Lift Station Mitigations Project - Package 1.

The 2020 Lift Station Mitigation Project was authorized in July 2020 and included engineering services to support the design and construction of multiple lift station mitigation projects. Since authorization, construction phase services have been provided for Packages 2 and 3. Package 1 is currently under construction and additional engineering services are necessary to provide continued construction phase support for Package 1 through project completion. <br><br>This proposed amendment authorizes such additional construction phase services at a lump sum cost of $52,055.
