2025-0015 Authorize 1) a two-year service price agreement for Childcare Coordinator Services, Request for Proposal (RFP) 2024-026-7013, for the period of January 7, 2025 through January 6, 2027, for the Human Resources Department, with TOOTRiS, LLC – Amount not to exceed - $54,900.00, and 2) Process of transfers by the County Auditor to TOOTRiS, LLC, for childcare stipend, in the amount of $780,000.00, in monthly increments of $32,500.00, to carry out providing childcare services to County employees – Total amount not to exceed - $834,900.00 The Purchasing Director added the following to the subject: – Total amount not to exceed - $834,900.00, 3) a one-time prepayment of $32,500 which shall be paid to TOOTRiS upon execution of the Agreement, and 4) that such prepayment is for a public purpose.
