2025-0322 Authorize Work Order No. 01 between Dallas County and HVJ North Texas – Chelliah Consultants, Inc. for Laboratory Services on the Cypress Water Trail, Trail and Preserve Program 90149, Road and Bridge District 2 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196 TAPP 90149 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the execution of Work Order No. 01 between Dallas County and HVJ North Texas – Chelliah Consultants, Inc. in order to perform laboratory services for the Cypress Water Trail Project, Trail and Preserve Program 90149. The total cost of Work Order No. 01 is not to exceed Ninety Thousand, Six Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars and no cents ($90,695.00). The project is being funded by Trail and Preserve Program Fund 196 Project 90149. A transfer is necessary from Fund 196 Project 8201 to Trail and Preserve Program Fund 196 Project 90149.
