The Hills of Bear Creek Section 1, The Hills of Bear Creek Section 2, and The Hills of Bear Creek Section 3 final plats were recorded as Documents #201300239, #201400302, and #201500257 of the Official Public Records of Travis County. These subdivisions take access from Johnson Lane, a street maintained by Travis County. The sections then take access and connect with streets proposed for acceptance on this agenda item. <br><br>The street and drainage improvements in this subdivision have been inspected for conformance with approved plans and specifications as listed. They will be accepted under the regulations of the Standards for Construction of Streets and Drainage in Subdivisions approved by the Commissioners Court on August 28, 1997, in which the subdivision is accepted before the one-year performance period has ended. <br>   <br>This action will add an overall total of 8,129 linear feet (1.54) to the Travis County road maintenance system.
