Upon the resignation of Mr. Andy Smith who was recently reappointed to the Austin/Travis County Food Policy Board, staff reviewed applications for a suitable appointee with experience and expertise with the establishment of sustainable food<br>systems, urban agriculture and farming. Ms. Lewis demonstrates, by virtue of her resume and interest in the community, that her combination of experience and commitment will make her a successful contributor to the Food Policy Board. This appointment would be to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Smith through February 28, 2031.
