Mayor Wes Mays opened the Public Hearing and asked for those who signed up to speak: 1) Dan Koller, 521 Anderson Avenue, spoke regarding his experience with the Dave & Buster's hiring process. A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Jim Walker, seconded by Councilmember Kevin Nevels, to close the Public Hearing and approve this agenda item as presented. Motion passed by unanimous vote. Councilmember Brianna Hinojosa-Smith was absent for this vote.”
