2025-0402 American Rescue Plan Act Project Funding Source Change to General Fund, Approximate Cost $2,500,000 On a motion made by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 1, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the change of funding source to the General Fund for the following slatedprojectspreviouslytohavebeenfundedbyAmericanRescuePlanAct(ARPA)funds,atan approximate cost of $2,500,000. As projects become ready to proceed, OBE will work with departments to brief the projects and have them set up in Oracle Fusion.
