This contract provides a customer flow management system for the Tax Assessor-Collector’s Office.<br><br id="isPasted">The Tax Office is requesting approval of Modification No. 8 is to extend the contract and to purchase Unlimited Messaging Bundle for a flat monthly fee of $2,093.00 for an annual total cost of $25,116.00 instead of the pay per SMS text message cost of $0.0455. This decreases the monthly spend by more than 18% based on previous spend per message.
