2026-0769 Authorize Dallas County Payroll for August of 2026 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 16, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the Dallas County Treasurer to transfer funds and/or issue the described Dallas County checks and authorize Payroll Direct Deposits, as well as other checks herein described, for the period August 01, 2026 through August 31, 2026  Biweekly Payroll: August 14, 2026 and August 28, 2026 Done in open Court June 16, 2026 by the following vote: IN FAVOR: County Judge Clay Jenkins, Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, Commissioner John Wiley Price, Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and Commissioner Andrew Sommerman
