2026-0406 Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery 2021 Winter Storms Disaster HUD MID Counties Program On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 7, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Grant Funding Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve submission of an application for the 2021 Winter Storms Disaster HUD MID Counties Program administered by the Texas General Land Office and authorizes the County Judge to sign all related documents.
