2026-0959 Approval of Reimbursement from Rental Claims Services for Property Damages Claims Paid by Dallas County to Progressive County Mutual Insurance Company as Subrogee of Hernaldo Navarrete On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 1, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: GENERAL Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby issue this order directing the Dallas County Treasurer to accept the amount of $11,386.47 from Rental Claims Services as reimbursement for the property damages claims previously paid by Dallas County to Progressive County Mutual Insurance Company as Subrogee of Hernaldo Navarrete. The County Judge is authorized to execute any documentation required for this settlement on behalf of Dallas County.
