2025-1057 Policy Requirement (exception to Policy) Request for Extension of Unpaid LOA for employee #59932 in the Sheriff's Department On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the unpaid Leave of Absence for the time period of May 12, 2025, through August 10, 2025. The Sheriff's Department supports this request, as this is an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodation.
