2026-0396 Dallas County Sheriff’s Office – Request for Approval to Purchase Replacement Mattresses for the West Tower; Amount Not to Exceed $125,275 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 7, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.20300.9215.62573.30046 – Commissary Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby the purchase of rip-stop navy blue mattresses for the West Tower Facility. This would reduce replacement frequency, lower costs, and improve operational efficiency while maintaining consistent housing conditions.
