This item authorizes the final acceptance of the Friendswood Trails 3A and 4A and Friendswood Trails 4B and 5A Subdivision's Public Paving and other Public Utility Improvements Project (the "Project"). The work has been completed and inspected. All work conforms to City specifications, and the contractors, R Construction Civil, LLC, and Feller & Clark, LP, have met the terms of the contract. The one-year maintenance bond has run its course without any warranty issues. Staff recommends final acceptance and release of the maintenance bond.
