Authorizing Execution of a License Agreement between Garney Companies, Inc. and the City of Sherman, Texas to exchange a provided space for Garney at the Wastewater Plant to utilize as a lay-down yard. In return, Garney will provide a 5000 sq ft metal building, security fence, etc. to be utilized as a new police impound lot.
