2025-0310 First Amendment to Lease at 8425 Forney Road Dallas, Texas 75227 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100-12000-3020-62023-30000-0 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve the lease amendment for 20,000 square feet of office space and authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents.
