2025-1088 Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Contract Renewal – Authorize and Approve the Fiscal Year 2026 Agreement between Dallas County and The Family Place for Supervised Visitation & Exchange Services: Authorized Contract in the amount not to exceed $95,000 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby the FY2026 Agreement between Dallas County and The Family Place for the provision of supervised visitation and exchange services in the amount not to exceed $95,000 and authorize the County Judge to sign all related documents on behalf of Dallas County. The Agreement begins on October 1, 2025, and ends on September 30, 2026.
