2025-0869 Authority to Proceed with Payment of Non-Compliant Invoices and Purchases less than $50,000 dated August 19, 2025 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 19, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund (12000), Medicaid Waiver Fund (20200), Education Fund (20300), and Grant Fund (46600 and 46700) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize the payment of non-compliant purchases and invoices less than $50,000, as prepared by the Dallas County Budget Officer on behalf of Non-Compliant Departments for August 19, 2025, and authorize the Dallas County Auditor's Office to proceed with payment.
