The Capital Improvements Advisory Committee shall be composed of seven members appointed by at least four members of the City Council. Such members shall be resident citizens and qualified voters of the city for staggered three-year terms commencing on July 1. Not less than 50 percent of the members shall be representatives of the real estate, development, or building industries who are not employees or officials of any political subdivision or governmental entity.<br><br>These individuals have met the requirements of the City's Appointment Policy and will have the following staggered terms:<br><br>The following individuals will have an initial one-year term set to expire on June 30, 2027:<div style="margin-left: 20px;">(i) Brad Ballard, and</div><div style="margin-left: 20px;">(ii) Joseph Whittington.</div><br>The following individuals will have an initial two-year term set to expire on June 30, 2028:<br>    (iii) Joe Matranga, and <br>    (iv) Sean Mickler.<br><br>The following individuals will have a three-year term set to expire on June 30, 2029:<br>    (v) Adam Hill,<br>    (vi) Eugenio Gonzales, and<br>    (vii) Marcy Linebarger.
