2025-1343 Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Contract Renewal – Authorize and Approve the Fiscal Year 2026 Provider Services Agreement Between Dallas County, Texas, and City of Dallas for Homeless Assistance Center in an amount not to exceed $1,300,000 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Fiscal Year 2026 Provider Services Agreement between Dallas County, Texas, and the City of Dallas for the Homeless Assistance Center, in an amount not to exceed $1,300,000, and authorize the County Judge to execute all pertinent documents on behalf of Dallas County. The Agreement is effective from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.
