The services under these contracts will provide programs for the Travis County Health and Human Services department, such as after-school programs and summer programs, a part of the Raising Travis County voter-approved initiative expanding access to affordable, high-quality child care and out-of-school time programs for families in Travis County. RFS No. 144-JL was issued on December 2, 2025. A total of 516 vendors viewed the solicitation, and 28 responses were received on January 12, 2026. Three (3) responses were deemed non-responsive due to not submitting the required solicitation documentation. The Evaluation Committee evaluated twenty-five (25) responses, and negotiated with twelve (12) respondents. One (1) respondent declined the offer to contract due to their staffing constraints. The Evaluation Committee recommends the award of eleven (11) contracts. The services under these contracts are ratified for services rendered and a start date of May 1, 2026.
