JD’s Supermarket is a proposed site project consisting of an 18,350 square foot shopping center, 65,000 square foot supermarket, 3,000 square foot quick lubrication shop and a self-service car wash. The development is located on the northwest corner of Dessau Road and Tudor House Road.<br id="isPasted"> <br>The developer has agreed to construct right turn lanes at the site driveways on Dessau Road. The developer has also agreed to a total mitigation payment of $191,843.00 to Travis County. This amount is a financial contribution to the County towards the Roadway Improvement Project, or any other projects in the vicinity of the property.
