2025-0464 Older Americans Month On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 6, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby proclaim May 2025 as Older Americans Month in Dallas County and encourages all residents to honor and uplift the older adults who continue to shape our community with resilience, wisdom and strength.
