2025-1461 Criminal Justice – Request to Approve Additional Budget Appropriation for the 530 Escrow Fund FY2026 Budget On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 530 Escrow Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the proposed additional budget appropriation for the 530 Fund, increasing the FY2026 operating budget from $87,850 to $96,575 and accompanying itemized budget overview to benefit all certified Dallas County specialty courts listed above.
