2026-0817 Authorize the continuation of the Household Hazardous Waste Program, its FY2027 interlocal agreement with participating cities, and its proposed FY2027 estimated budget of $3,509,235 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 4, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby On a motion made by TBD, and seconded by TBD, the following order will be voted on by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the continuation of the Household Hazardous Waste program, its FY2027 interlocal agreement with participating cities, and its proposed FY2027 budget of $3,509,235. It is further resolved and ordered that the County Judge is authorized to sign the aforementioned FY2027 Interlocal agreement on behalf of the County.
