2025-0438 Proposed New Autopsy Service Fee for Office of the Medical Examiner On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 15, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the proposed revisions to the Southwestern Institute of Forensic Sciences fee schedule and authorizes implementation of the revised fee schedule effective May 1, 2025.
