2026-0915 Authorize and approve the Fiscal Year 2027 Interlocal Agreement template between Dallas County and various Municipalities for Food Establishment Inspections and Environmental Health Services On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 18, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 12000 Cost Center: 5122 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the Fiscal Year 2027 Interlocal Agreement template between Dallas County and various Municipalities for Food Establishment Inspections and Environmental Health Services; and authorize the County Judge to sign each of the related city/town Agreements (utilizing the Agreement template(s), as approved), on behalf of Dallas County.
