2026-0632 Issuance of sale of Dallas County, Texas, Certificates of Obligation, Series 2026 to not exceed $350,000,000 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 19, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve the order authorizing the issuance and sale of Dallas County, Texas, Certificates of Obligation, Series 2026, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $350,000,000, providing for the award of the sale thereof in accordance with specified parameters, levying a tax in payment thereof; prescribing the form of said certificates; authorizing the execution and delivery of purchase agreement; approving the official statement; and enacting other provisions relating thereto.
