2025-1352 Authorize and approve Agreement between Dallas County, Texas on behalf of the Dallas County Health and Human Services and Lancaster Independent School District to collaborate on the expansion of Tobacco Use Control and Prevention (TUCP) programs and asthma-related resources, through August 31, 2026 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund:20200 Function:20015 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Agreement between Dallas County, Texas on behalf of the Dallas County Health and Human Services and Lancaster Independent School District to collaborate on the expansion of Tobacco Use Control and Prevention (TUCP) programs and asthma-related resources, through August 31, 2026, and authorize the County Judge to sign on behalf of Dallas County.
