Consider and take appropriate action to approve this Interlocal agreement with the City of Austin to have access to Aware, a biometric identification tool. Biometric identification software is a vital tool for researching and solving crimes, and we appreciate the Court’s ongoing support of efforts to enhance public safety in our jurisdiction.
