Resolution No. 2026-148 approving an amendment and five-year extension to the City’s contract with Waste Management of Texas, Inc, authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents for such amendment, approving and conforming amendments to the FY27 Master Fee list to reflect contract changes to rates and fees.
