2025-0638 Authorize the acquisition of Headlight Construction Management Software from SHI-Government Solutions, Inc. for Public Works Projects On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 3, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.19600.2110.62095.20000.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the acquisition of Headlight Construction Management Software from SHI-Government Solutions, Inc. for Public Works Projects. The total cost is estimated to be Ninety-One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and fifty cents ($91,556.50) . The County’s total obligation is to provide funding code (100.19600.2110.62095.20000.0000) in FY 25 budget.
