Consider and take appropriate action for directing Emergency Services to work with Purchasing to develop a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the replacement of the County’s STAR Flight helicopter fleet. The replacement would be for three (3) multi-mission helicopters that provide air ambulance, hoist rescue, wildfire response, and law enforcement assistance.
