This contract will provide Transportation and Natural Resources (TNR)  with guardrail and bridgerail installation, removal, and replacement services throughout Travis County. Project locations will be determined by the Travis County Engineer on an as needed basis.<br><br data-pasted="true">IFB No. 149-PH was issued on February 24, 2026 via Bidnet and opened on March 19, 2026. A total of fourteen (14) vendors viewed the solicitation and one (1) bid was received.
